JAD partnered with WEC Projects to complete four (4) wastewater treatment plants destined for Guinea. WEC Projects has vast experience in the water treatment sector, having even developed its filter media. The scope of work includes the process, mechanical, electrical, piping and instrumentation of the plants. A 250m3/day plant, a 150m3/day plant and two (2) off 60m3/day plants comprise the four (4) plant sizes.
Each plant comprises septic tanks, trickle feeders and clarifiers, the quantity of which depends upon the daily production rate. The fact that each process section is containerized means that the plants are modular so that different plant capacities can be achieved and constructed easily.
By providing detailed 3D models with full pipe and cabling routes, including bracketry and instrumentation, we can ensure no clashes, which is especially important in the clarifier container, which also contains the plants' switchgear and control panel. Fabrication and fitment of the containers can take place seamlessly with the generated detailed drawings.
