PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
For loading and inspection purposes, it is required that personnel be able to maneuver atop truck beds. This activity was done unsafely until JAD Safe Reach assisted with the design and manufacture/supply of, a frame, track and lifeline onto which personnel could secure themselves. The track allows for movement to the entire surface area of the truck's bed; so no restrictions were placed on personnel by the system. Again this was achieved by the ability JAD Safe Reach has to conduct 3D scanning and 3D modelling. The design, manufacture and installation took place in a timely manner meaning less risks could be taken on site without this imperative system.
