PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Inspections, cleaning and maintenance on primary crushing conveyor J151-CV01 are required to be carried out. JAD Safe Reach assisted with the design, manufacture and installation of a curved track. The curved ends allow for work to take place safely even in the region of accessing the belt. JAD Safe Reach's vast civil and structural engineering experience means even the civil plinths fall within our scope. The 3D scanning of the existing conveyor ensured no clashes would take place during installation saving time and costly re-work, it also means there is no risk of the conveyor being damaged by rubbing with the new structure.
